Types of industrial parks
In recent years, photovoltaic solar energy has become a popular energy source for industrial activities due to its cost-effectiveness, reliability, and environmental benefits. There are various types of industrial solar parks, each with its own unique characteristics and advantages.
Roof-mounted systems
A common type is the now well-known rooftop installation, in which solar panels are mounted on the roof of a building. This can be a sloped roof or a flat roof; we always adapt our mounting structure to the type of roof. Depending on the purpose of the installation, we’ll utilize as much of the roof surface as possible.
Ground-Mounted Installation
Ground-mounted systems often provide a solution for businesses with limited roof space or challenging roof conditions. Depending on the location, we’ll use ground-level or elevated structures. The equipment—such as inverters and other components—is also often installed outdoors in these systems. Running the cabling to the distribution box can sometimes present an additional challenge.
Solar Carports
These systems are essentially covered parking spaces with solar panels serving as the roof. The panels generate electricity while simultaneously providing shade and protection for the vehicles. Solar carports with solar panels are a great option for businesses with large parking lots and can also be used to charge electric vehicles.

Floating Solar Panels
As the name suggests, these are floating solar farms in which the PV panels are mounted on platforms on the water, such as in reservoirs, lakes, and canals. This is a relatively new type of system that has gained popularity in recent years.
Adhesive panels
Adhesive panels are an innovative type of photovoltaic solar panel consisting of photovoltaic cells attached to a flexible substrate and coated with a special adhesive. The panels can be easily mounted on various surfaces, including roofs, walls, and even curved surfaces. Because they are very lightweight, they offer a solution in situations where additional load is not feasible.
