What does your job look like?

• You coordinate the maintenance planning of solar parks in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• You lead local planners and ensure uniform planning processes.
• You develop a robust backup structure to guarantee planning continuity in case of absences.
• You work closely with the operations and project management teams, but do not have direct contact with technicians.
• You analyze planning data and propose improvements.
• You monitor SLAs and ensure efficient execution.

What makes you successful?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• You have experience in international coordination and team management.
• You are highly analytical and proficient in planning software.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
• You are solution-oriented and enjoy working in a structured way.
