Group Performance Asset Manager

Due to our growing impact and successful market position, we are seeking a Group Performance Asset Manager who will play a key role in further expanding our commercial activities and international growth.

You’ll be the point of contact and Solora’s ambassador to clients. You’ll manage the O&M portfolio with a focus on performance, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll monitor the performance of the assets, optimize where necessary, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Contract Compliance & Reporting

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with SLAs, availability, PR, and other KPIs within the O&M portfolio.
• Monthly client reporting.
• Verification and validation of performance metrics and their accurate entry into the monitoring software.
• Monthly follow-up on corrective and preventive maintenance, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and CCTV.
• Verification of input values for new sites.
• Supporting monitoring and planning teams and assisting the COM during client meetings

Performance improvement & additional business

• Analysis of underperforming sites and development of concrete improvement plans.
• Follow-up on corrective actions and evaluation of their impact.
• Developing proposals for out-of-contract issues (defects, recurring issues) in collaboration with Build and O&M.

Operational support

• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
• Developing proposals for services not covered by the contract.
• Management of CCTV monitoring.
• Analyzing opportunities for preventive drone inspections.
  

• At least 5 years of experience in account management and/or asset management, preferably in the energy or sustainability sector.
• Strong communication skills, with a proven track record in client management.
• An affinity for solar energy, battery systems, and charging infrastructure is a strong plus.
• Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.
• You can plan and organize independently;
• You are meticulous, have an eye for quality, and inspire confidence.
