To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Group IT Manager.
Position
As Group IT Manager, you are responsible for developing, managing and optimizing the IT landscape within the Solora Group. You translate the business strategy into a future-oriented IT vision and ensure stable, secure and scalable IT solutions that support the organization in its growth.
You act as a bridge between business and technology, taking on both a strategic and operational role.
What does your job look like?
- Managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, applications and cloud environments
- Structuring and overseeing IT service management (incidents, changes, SLAs)
- Leading IT and digitalization projects, and actively identifying and implementing AI applications
- Defining and safeguarding the IT roadmap, architecture and standards
- Advising management on digital transformation and IT investments
- Managing external IT partners and suppliers
- Responsible for cybersecurity, GDPR and data protection
- Leading and coaching (internal and external) IT profiles
- Closely collaborating with stakeholders as an IT business partner
What makes you successful?
- Strong educational background in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent
- Several years of experience in an IT management role, preferably in a multi-site environment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments, IT security, networks, storage and backup & recovery
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365, Odoo and Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus
- Hands-on, service-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
- Analytical, solution-oriented and strong communication skills
